Universal Orthodontic Lab, Inc. is a full-service custom orthodontic laboratory. We offer several types of active and passive retainer designs. We take pride in the quality of our wire bending and acrylic finishing. We offer a full selection of acrylic colors and designs. Does Universal Orthodontic Lab receive 3D cases?

What are the business hours of Universal Orthodontic Lab?
Universal Orthodontic Lab normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (PST).
What is the processing time?
We ship the majority of our cases back in 5-7 business days to our customers via FEDEX and local delivery companies to ensure prompt turn around. Please contact our customer support team if you need to rush your case. Additional fees may apply.

What is the Universal Digital Prescription?
Universal Digital Prescription (UNIVERSAL RX) is software to submit, manage, and track all your orthodontic lab prescriptions and it is to create patient appliance, aligner, and indirect bonding prescriptions.
What is a STL file?
STL file is a general file format used in manufacturing. This file type is used for scanning applications in the dental and orthodontic industry.
Can I receive my case at different locations?
You can fill the address where you want to receive on lab slip. If you are using Universal Web Application, you are able to register multiple locations and simply choose one when you submit your case.
How can I send you a digital case?
You can easily send your STL file to Universal Orthodontic Lab. You can submit your STL file with digital Rx sheet by using the UNIVERSAL RX Application. Or simply upload your STL files on our STL Cloud Service.
Where can I get your prescription sheet?
There are two ways to get Rx sheets. One way is to download Rx sheets on our website. You will find the downloadable Rx sheets on ‘Downloadable Forms’ page under Support tab. Another way is to request pre-printed rx sheets by calling our customer support team at 877-771-0770. Or you can submit digital Rx sheet by using the UNIVERSAL RX Application.
Do you provide shipping boxes and label?
Yes, we provide packaging and shipping materials to you at no cost. To request supplies, please call customer service team at 877-771-0770 or complete printable PDF form on our web page. PDF form will be found on ‘Downloadable Forms’ page under Support tap
Do you have price lists?
Yes, we do, the price list is provided by our customer support team via e-mail or fax. Please contact our friendly customer service staff for further assistance.
Do you have product list?

Do you provide customized appliance?

Where is my case?
We ship the majority of our cases back to our customers via FEDEX. You can call our customer support team at 877-771-0770 and we will track your case.
Should I pay by invoice or statement?
Either method is acceptable; however, most of our customers prefer to pay by the monthly statement.
My appliance is broken
At Universal Orthodontic Lab, we understand how difficult is losing or breaking the retainer could it be. We provide reasonable price for repair to our customers. Our professional technicians will be able to help you. Please contact our customer support team for evaluation at 877-771-0770.
I received a wrong appliance.
At Universal Orthodontic Lab, we understand how hard receiving wrong appliances could be. We provide prompt solutions and reasonable adjustments in the worst scenario. Do you have appliance warranty program?
We back all of our appliances for 60 days, please contact our customer support team for any questions related to warranty policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, checks and money orders. Please make sure checks payable to Universal Orthodontic Lab when you send us checks. If you prefer, we can set up your account so that your credit card is automatically charged at the beginning of each month with the amount due on your statement.
