Premax Spring Retainer
This appliance opens the premaxilla to correct tongue posture and anterior minor rotiations, crowding, or relapse. The retainer is comprised of a curve helical spring with acreylic pads on both the labial and lingual, a palatal wire with an omega loop, and a choice of clasp. When worn by the patient, the resulting labial-lingual force will align the teeth and activation of the omega loop will open premaxilla.
