Bi Helix (Lower)
The Bi Helix Expander is created for the mandibular (lower) arch. The stainless steel wire is used to gain development of the arch while simultaneously achieving an upright position of the molars. This is possible through the position and use of the helix coils (The absence of the anterior helixes also provides patient comfort).
