Three Way Expander
This device is unique due to its one independent screw. The expanding section is designed for sagittal anterior and transverse development. Each section can be separately activated. This appliance is ideal for palates large enough to handle the dimension of the screw. Due to its considerable bulk, it is not suitable for narrow palates or younger patients.
